Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. announces that Professor Dr. David Tomanek has joined the Board of Directors on March 15, 2005. Professor Tomanek signed a 2-year consulting agreement with Nano Chemical Systems, Inc. on December 13, 2004, to provide consulting services.
