U.S. Nat'l Nanotech Advisory Panel presents first report

Abstract:
The U.S. National Nanotechnology Advisory Panel, which is the same as the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology Nanotechnology Subgroup, is making its first periodic report in its role as NNAP.
