ITRS Conference to be held dunring Semicon Europa 2005

Abstract:
SEMICON Europa 2005 runs 11-14 April. The exposition will feature technical programs, standards meetings and exhibits of more than 800 companies displaying the latest manufacturing technologies for the production of semiconductors, flat panel displays (FPDs), micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and nanotechnology devices.
