Pa. considered up-and-coming in building nanotech alliances

Abstract:
Pennsylvania ranks 13th among states in its ability to develop its economy through nanotechnology. The ranking is from a report called "Benchmarking U.S. States for Economic Development from Nanotechnology," put out by Lux Research Inc.
