Semiconductor industry hopes for major boost

Abstract:
This year's Symposium on Global Business Issues in Semiconductors and Nanotechnology will be the first one to take place in a boom time. Sponsors hope the annual gathering will add more fuel to New York's own boom that is pulling pieces of the semiconductor industry - and jobs - into the state.
