Why CRN Exists

Abstract:
THE PROBLEM: Exponential general-purpose molecular manufacturing may be developed within the next decade. The magnitude of the disruption this will bring is almost totally unrecognized; hence, no effort is being made to design sensible and responsible policy. HOWEVER: With sufficient study, the magnitude of the problem becomes apparent, at least to most people.
