Kerry is running on an America First platform

Abstract:
Should John Kerry become the next president of the United States, many Canadians will welcome a much needed change of tone in the White House. But they could also find themselves under much greater pressure on jobs and investment. Kerry has plans to boost the information technology, biotechnology and life sciences, clean energy and nanotechnology industries and the expansion and advancement of what he calls the "cyber-infrastructure."
