Carbon Nanotechnologies Inc. has received another U.S. patent for nanotechnology developed by the appropriately named scientist Dr. Richard Smalley and licensed exclusively to the company by Rice University. The newly patented technology will significantly broaden the uses of chemical polymers and other materials, says Nobel Prize winner Smalley, a Rice professor and chairman of Carbon Nanotechnologies.
