Nanotech: mini-science, mega-potential

Abstract:
Investors don't need an electron microscope to find nanotechnology stocks. They can just look at some of the high-tech stocks they already hold. Large technology companies, including International Business Machines Corp., Intel Corp., and Hewlett-Packard Co., have been researching and using nanotech for years.
