I Promise...

Abstract:
Pedro Rossello of the New Progressive Party and Anibal Acevedo Vila of the Popular Democratic Party discuss their proposals for tax reform, manufacturing, retail, and health. Anibal Acevedo Vila: We will also establish five world-class research laboratory centers in public and private universities, starting with nanotechnology [in Mayaguez] and biotechnology, biomolecular sciences, and food technology centers.
