A formidable gathering of intellectual property
Abstract:
How one values some of the breakthrough ultra small and nano technology is a question that is becoming more relevant as many of these near concepts evolve to fruition. What gets the attention of any observer of this next generation scene is that Medtronic (MDT) paid $3.8 billion for MiniMed, an implantable insulin drug pump company and Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, (ANPI) was acquired by Boston Scientific (BSX) for $1.8 billion.
