Samsung has carbon nanotube based display, says report
Abstract:
Samsung SDI, the display affiliate of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has almost completed the development of a field emission display (FED) with a 30-inch diagonal screen that uses carbon nanotubes (CNTs), according to a Korea Times report posted Sunday (May 9).
