Indian Americans Shining in Nanotechnology
Abstract:
The trend is inescapable. Indian Americans are big, really big, in the world of the very small. So much so that in the past five years they have emerged as important players in the science and business of nanotechnology. Clearly, they have become a force to reckon with. Working with atoms and molecules from the bottom up, Indian American scientists at government labs, educational institutions, and corporate facilities are emerging in the forefront of what is being heralded as the next technological frontier, with major innovations anticipated in virtually every industry and public sector.
