Harris & Harris Names Douglas W. Jamison As President And COO

Abstract:
The Board of Directors of Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS SYMBOL: TINY) voted today to name Douglas W. Jamison as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2005, upon the scheduled retirement of Mel P. Melsheimer, who will continue in those positions through December 31, 2004.
