Dr. Jiang Zhu Appointed Chief Science Officer US Global Nanospace

Abstract:
US Global Nanospace, Inc. today announced that Dr. Jiang Zhu of Rice University has been appointed Chief Science Officer for the company. Currently a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Rice University, a world leader in the nanosciences and nanotechnology, Dr. Jiang Zhu is developing high performance composite nanomaterials, including nanotube reinforced polymer composites with significantly improved strength and toughness with under five percent nanotube addition. Dr. Zhu is working on several defense applications including US Navy warship composite structures and military aircraft electromagnetic applications.
