Zyvex Names New President and Board of Directors

Abstract:
Zyvex Corporation today announced that Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci, Mr. Donald A. DeVito II, and Dr. Malcolm R. O'Neill have been elected to its Board of Directors. Dr. Cellucci was also elected as President. Re-elected officers are Chairman of the Board and CEO, James R. Von Ehr II; Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Vice President of Operations, Timothy M. Gilmore; and Chief Technical Officer, Dr. John Randall.
