QDC and JPL announce development of quantum dot lateral flow assay

Abstract:
Quantum Dot Corporation today announced the development of a quantum dot-based lateral flow assay. The development, based on research conducted at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in collaboration with QDC, improves the sensitivity of "rapid tests" such as the home pregnancy test, which is one of the most expanding areas of clinical diagnostics.
