AMER completes merger acquisition of Nanobaclabs

Abstract:
American Enterprise Corporation announced today that it has completed a merger acquisition of NanobacLabs Pharmaceuticals, Inc. through a common stock share exchange with NanobacLabs' majority shareholders.
