UT researcher is following the money

Abstract:
The story goes that when Willie Sutton was asked why he robbed banks, the 1930s gangster replied: "Because that's where the money is." The same simple logic applies to university research funding -- not the bank-robbing part, but going where the money is. And the money these days is in national defense.
