Abstract:
So, how small do we really want to go? NTT DoCoMo believes the world -- or at least Japan -- is ready for a wristwatch-style mobile phone. With advances in nanotechnology and system-on-a-chip integration, we can expect to see more of these types of innovative wireless communications devices.
