SI Diamond receives patent

Abstract:
A unit of Austin-based SI Diamond Technology Inc. has received a patent that will expand the high-definition television market and other applications, the company announced Wednesday. Applied Nanotech Inc. received the patent for carbon nanotube cathodes from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
