Spectradyne
Spectradyne has developed a nanoparticle analyzer based on Resistive Pulse Sensing (RPS, aka “Coulter Principle”), which overcomes some of the limitations found with DLS and NTA, particularly with respect to resolving polydispersity and being able to measure concentration.
Using advances in microfluidics, measurements are made in a disposable cartridge which requires only 2-3 microliters of sample. Applications include nanomaterials, nanomedicines, protein therapeutics analysis, and many others.
