SouthNovel, software and solutions for novel semiconductor devices design

SouthNovel is a new software company for semiconductor devices simulations. Our team is constitued by PhD from all around Europe each with 5-15 years experience. The main two product we present are Archimedes and Aeneas, 2D and 3D respectively semiconductor devices simulators. These two simulators are able to simulate very advanced devices. The Aeneas3 is a simulator for quantum electron transport in novel nano and mesoscopic devices. This software implements Monte Carlo Quantum transport in 3D unstructured meshes.
