The department of Physics at National Institute of Technology(Deemed University) Kurukshetra had started an M.Tech Programme in Nanotechnology in the year 2006.The intake requirements are post graduation in any area of sciences/B.tech in engineering disciplines with GATE.The department is well equipped with basic and research tools like SEM,STM,SPM, XRF, XRD, UV-Vis Spectrometers, Vacuum coating unit,Sputtering coater, very low temperature facility, besides other sophisticated instruments including accurate current,voltage sources, electrometers etc.
