NIL Technology manufactures and sells stamps for nanoimprint lithography (NIL), provides imprint service, production by NIL, consultancy and enters into joint development of novel applications benefiting from nano-scale structures.
Our stamps are engineered to order from customer defined specifications regarding patterns materials and formats

* Up to 150 mm round and square stamps
* Stamp materials: Silicon, Quartz, and Nickel
