Phiar Corporation

Phiar is developing the world's fastest electronic devices (diodes, transistors and supporting devices) for a wide range of applications. Phiar is financed by Menlo Ventures, and currently is engaged with Motorola in a joint development agreement.
Phiar's devices contain no semiconductor materials, yet offer 100% CMOS compatibility. Phiar uses nano-scale stacks of metals and insulators to create ultra-high frequency diodes, antennas and transistors.
