UAF's Office of Electronic Miniaturization (OEM) is a DMEA sponsored electronic miniaturization program composed of a design development and production facility. OEM serves as a rapid prototyping facility specialized in chip scale packaging. In our facilities we develop and manufacture advanced packaging technologies for government, industrial and academic customers. Our facilities include cleanrooms, an R&D center, and university scientists at the forefront of their fields.
