Abstract:
Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, or MEMS are miniaturized mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, structures or other elements that are manufactured via microfabrication, generally using nano-tools. March 7-8th marks the MEMS Live conference in Chicago.
