Home > Press > Investors Warmly Welcome Innovative Plans in Iran Nano 2013
Abstract:
270 investment proposals were received by Innovation Stall in its first participation in Iran Nano Festival as a first step to facilitate commercialization of innovative plans.
The purpose of Innovation Stall is to persuade foreign and domestic investors from governmental and non-governmental sectors to commercialize 12 nanotechnology-based plans and prototypes and to introduce them to the market.
2/3 of the investment will be carried out by investors while 1/3 is carried out by Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council. When the sale of a product after the commercialization process reaches the value of investment, the investment value is given to the technologist by Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council to motivate the technologists.
Investors have warmly welcomed the innovative plans in the Six Iran Nano Festival. The 12 innovative plans are as follows:
· Production of ultra-resistant concrete by using nanotechnology
· Production of dental nanocomposites strengthened by silica nanoparticles and fibers (FRC)
· Production of infrared (IR) and terahertz (THz) detector based on graphene - silicone Schottky diode
· Production of insulator aerogel blanket by using nanotechnology
· Flexible and bendable electronic circuits on grapheme-based paper beds
· Fine coating device by using sparkle between the electrode and the sublayer
· Window made of dye-sensitized solar cells
· Active packaging to increase the durability of foodstuff
· Production of nanobioantibacterial drug for the treatment of herbal diseases
· Purification of industrial wastewater by using haemodynamic system based on nanofiltration membrane
. Production of nano package to purify the industrial wastewater by using titanium dioxide nanoparticles
· Respiration mask modified with nanofibers to prevent dust and harmful environmental particles
The majority of proposals were made by investors in the private sector active in the fields of civil engineering and petroleum.
