mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: XDSL) announced today that it will be pursuing a broad array of government funding opportunities to collaborate with the U.S. Army for further development of its smart surface technology for products including reserve batteries and drug delivery systems and supercapacitors. The Company is expanding its significant portfolio of patents and using such intellectual property as the basis for continuing research and development of cutting edge products for both military and commercial applications.
