LiqTech International, Inc. (OTCQX: LIQT) (OTCBB: LIQT) ("LiqTech") said today that it will announce financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, on Monday, May 14, 2012, immediately following the closing of regular stock market trading hours. The Company will host a conference call at 4:30pm Eastern Time to review the results. Lasse Andreassen, Chief Executive Officer, Soren Degn, Chief Financial Officer, and Aldo Petersen, Chairman of the Board, will participate in the call.
