Abstract:
-Heritage Global Partners, ("HGP"), a global leader in asset advisory and auction services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital (OTCQB: CRBN), today announced that it has been selected by NantOptics, LLC to conduct a live bulk and piecemeal auction of their 36,000 square-foot Nanofabrication Facility featuring state-of-the-art production and research & development capabilities, particularly in the area of LCD manufacturing equipment products and UV photo alignment.

San Diego, CA | Posted on April 25th, 2012

The sale begins Friday, June 8, 2012 at 11 am ET and will be conducted via live open outcry auction at the NantOptics Facility— 1600 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, New Jersey. Registered bidders will also be able to participate in the bulk sale portion of the auction over a dedicated teleconference line.

Interested buyers will have the opportunity to preview the NantOptics Facility on June 6 and 7, from 9 am to 4 pm, or by appointment.

In the event a bulk sale of NantOptics is consummated, the successful bidder has the option to assume the existing lease on the facility and continue the operations in its existing production environment. The auction includes the facility, capital equipment as well as intellectual property, IT, office furniture and fixtures, and more.
