Abstract:
The Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council (INIC) participated in 'China International Import Expo', in the city of Kunshan from March 29 to 31, 2012.
Iran Displays Nanotechnology Achievements in China's Import Expo
Tehran, Iran | Posted on April 21st, 2012Creating an appropriate environment for negotiation and interaction between the Iranian parties active in this industry with the foreign companies present in the expo, presenting Iran's capabilities and products of the Iranian companies and marketing their sales, stabilizing Iran's position in the field of nanotechnology at international level, and identifying companies which provide commercial services or export products to China were among objective sought by the INIC's participation in the expo.
Also during the expo, the INIC presented eight nanotechnology products made by the domestic companies in the fields of the production of laboratory devices, chemical and medical compounds, and industrial products. The titles of the products presented in Iran's stall in addition to the names of the manufacturing companies have been listed hereafter.

o Thermal insulation paint: Pooshesh Sana't Nanofan Company
o Anti-cancer medicine: Nano Exir Sina Company
o Various types of welding tips and nuzzles: Artash Composite Company
o Electrospinning device: Fanavaran Nano Meqyas Company
o Scanning tunneling microscope: Nano System Pars Company
o Various types of soundproof pipes: Vahid Pipe Company
o Various types of printer inks: Tajhiz Gama Company
Participation of Iran alongside with the countries active in the field of nanotechnology in international exhibitions in one hand helps the introduction of Iran's progresses and capabilities to other countries, and in the other hand, it causes the Iranian researchers and technologies to believe that they can play an important role in the world of science when they compare their achievements with the those of the other credible countries in the world.
