Dog Gone Smart, a Global Household Name in Nanotechnology-based Pet Products to Debut New Beds and Apparel at the Global Pet Expo

Orlando, FL | Posted on December 31st, 2011

Dog Gone Smart's new ECO™ line of nanotechnology-based pet beds uses Dog Gone Smart Technology™ and recycled environmentally-friendly fill. The ECO™ line includes completely customizable rectangle beds, lounger beds, crate pads, and cuddler beds in a variety of colors, sizes, and patterns. Fabric options include a pattern and/or solid canvas, or a microfiber velvet, with either ecru piping or tapered edges, in a variety of colors. Dog Gone Smart's ECO™ line is the 'smart' choice for customers seeking an affordable, quality product.

Dog Gone Smart's new All-Weather jackets have a completely wind and waterproof outer shell with Nanotechnology-treated fleece lining. The jackets feature reflective piping, full belly coverage, and Velcro closures at the neck and belly. The All-Weather jacket is available in a variety of styles and colors, in sizes up to 26". These All-Weather jackets are a must-have for April showers or cool September nights. Dog Gone Smart's™ Aspen Parka is now available in bright purple, and the Nanosuede Quilted Jacket is now available in plum.

Dog Gone Smart's top-selling Dirty Dog Doormat™ uses an Advanced Microfiber Technology™ that traps water, mud and dirt instantly! The Doormat is comprised of millions of microfiber strands that create a super-sponge effect; soaking up to 7 times its weight in mud and water. It dries 5 times faster than ordinary doormats and can be machine washed and dried. It can also be used in cars, crates, under litter boxes, and food and water bowls. The Doormat is available in three sizes in Khaki, Black, Maroon, and Brown, and features a whimsical paw print design. Shipper displays are available in floor and counter height sizes for convenient Point of Purchase store displays.

Dog Gone Smart™ will also introduce its new Nanosuede Lounger bed in graphite/plum, plum/graphite, and red/graphite. Dog Gone Smart will also introduce a waterproof liner option for all rectangle and round pet beds, making it an excellent choice for outdoors as well and for dogs with incontinence, as the inside bed stays clean and dry.

Dog Gone Smart™ Horse Wear includes a new saddle pad and stable sheet that features Dog Gone Smart™ technology's advanced moisture management finish, combining two technologies in one product. The outside is finished with a stain, dirt, and liquid repellent Nanotechnology treatment, while the underside uses a wicking function to absorb perspiration, preventing chills and overheating. Horse Wear saddle pads come in tan, navy, black, and white, while stable sheets are available in sizes from 72" to 84" in hunter green, navy, and tan. Dog Gone Smart™ Horse Wear is breathable, horse-safe and carries the label bluesign® approved.
