Tantaline taps backers for $3.6M in Series B money
Abstract:
Tantaline, a nanotechnology coatings company with headquarters in Denmark and Waltham, has raised $3.6 million in a Series B round of funding, according to a company press release.
Leading the round was previous investors Berwind Private Equity in the U.S. and Vaekstfonden on Denmark, along with new Danish investor CC Holdings. Tantaline stated in the release it would use the new funds to "markets and technical capabilities in the United States and Europe."
According to the Tantaline website, another investor in Danfoss Group, a Danish industrial equipment giant that is focused on climate and energy industries.
