Irvine, CA | Posted on June 7th, 2011

Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of patented hydrophobic nanotechnologies, announced today the signing of a new agreement with its strategic partner Cristacurva to further expand its North American distribution through its new production facility in Houston, Texas. The new agreement provides Cristacurva an additional distribution channel (of DFI products) into the US market, previously limited to the Mexican territory, along with an added capability to offer all of DFI's aftermarket products, including DFI's new D-I-Y (Do-It-Yourself) "Clear-Fusion™ V" Kits, among many other new eco-friendly products DFI has recently launched as it continues its pursuit for constant innovation.

Cristacurva, a 30-year privately-held company based in Guadalajara with sales and operation offices in México and USA, supplies North America's largest oversized tempered and laminated glass: curved-tempered and curved-tempered-laminated glass and curved insulating glass units (IGUs), Silkscreen and spandrel glass products. Cristacurva now operates two state-of-the-art facilities, in Houston (US) and Guadalajara (Mexico), thus offering expanded manufacturing capabilities to its North American footprint, coupled with its excellence in customer service.

Francisco J. Sanchez, chief executive officer of Cristacurva, stated: "This expansion into the US market is key for our North American business growth, so extending our DFI product distribution certainly enhances our glass products that will be distributed through Houston. We've been applying the premium Diamon-Fusion nanocoating in México for over five years as we know it's the world's best protective coating in the market."
