English version issued of Dutch nanomaterials report
Abstract:
The Dutch ennvironment ministry has published an English translation of its report, first published in October (CW 14 October 2010 (http://chemicalwatch.com/5830/dutch-assess-options-for-national-nano-regulation?q=Dutch%20nanomaterials) ), on the legal possibilities of introducing national regulations addressing the risks posed by nanomaterials. The report concluded that additional national measures would be feasible, especially to address risks to workers and the environment.
The report is not yet available on the ministry's website, but a copy can be downloaded below.
