Representing Nanometrics will be Dr. Timothy Stultz, president and chief executive officer, and Ronald Kisling, chief financial officer. Nanometrics is scheduled to present on Wednesday, March 23rd at 11:20am EDT. The investor presentation will be available on the investor page of Nanometrics' website, www.nanometrics.com.
