Nanometrics Incorporated (Nasdaq: NANO), a leading provider of advanced process control metrology systems, today announced that Dr. Timothy Stultz, the company's president and chief executive officer, is scheduled to present at the 2011 Stifel Nicolaus Technology, Communications and Internet Conference.
The conference will take place at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, California, February 9-11, 2011. Nanometrics is scheduled to present on Friday, February 11th at 9:10am PST.
