Local IT cos behind Commonwealth Games 2010 success

Abstract:
All Games tickets too were been barcoded which could be read at the entrance of each venue. All 80,000 police jawans and officers were given non-clonable ID cards. The technology behind the ID cards was developed by Pune-based Bilcare. The nanotechnology used in the cards replicated a nano digital image of a biometric print, which is almost non-clonable.
