On the basis of the final scores made by the tender committee the best conditions for joint establishment of Russian-Israeli investment fund were proposed by the Myrtus Capital Ltd.

Provided proposals for the tender were ranked as follows:

* Myrtus Capital Ltd.;
* Catalyst Equity Management Ltd.;
* CJC Managing Company ŤSavings and investmentsť.

The participant provided the best bid is invited to negotiations concerning the possibility of right provision for singing of a term sheet for joint establishment of Russian-Israeli investment fund on basis of conditions set by the tender documentation.
