Microsoft to shore up Russia’s Skolkovo project

Abstract:
Speaking at the 3rd International Nanotechnology Forum in Moscow on Monday, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer specifically pledged to contribute to the implementation of the Skolkovo high-tech project in Russia.
