W.Va. set to spend $7 million at tech park

Abstract:
In other developments, the state Council for Community and Technical College Education is expected on Friday to approve architectural design plans for a $15 million advanced technology training center that will be built near the research park's front entrance in South Charleston.

The training center will offer classes in welding, chemical operations, nanotechnology and other disciplines.
