International Micro-Nano Leaders Headline the 2010 COMS Conference

The Micro and Nanotechnology Commercialization Education Foundation, MANCEF, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Commercialization of Micro-Nano Systems Conference (COMS) in New Mexico. COMS 2000 was a seminal event for New Mexico Small Tech, and COMS 2010 will once again put the global spotlight on New Mexico's high tech expertise and potential.

Numerous dignitaries will be attending, including Dr. Alton (Al) D. Romig, Jr., Executive Vice President, Deputy Laboratories Director, and Chief Operating Officer, Sandia National Laboratories, US State Senator for New Mexico, Jeff Bingaman, and State Senator Stephen H. Fischmann. As well as these representatives directly involved in Science & Technology, COMS 2010 will also offer unparalleled access to numerous Sandia National Lab specialists.

The 15th annual COMS conference includes an extraordinary list of keynote and plenary speakers. From Dr. Seamus Curran of the University of Houston, a world leader in Solar Energy & MNT, to Hao Li of Motorola, who will discuss The Development of Ultimate Touch - Touch Screen Enabled by Nano Technology. Mostafa Analoui, Head of Healthcare and Life Science of Livingston Securities will present on NanoMedicine: Current State of Global R&D, Investment, and Future Outlook. Jean Christophe Eloy from Yole Développement will share Market Research & Strategy and Volker Saile of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) will chair a session on the Current status of HARMST/LIGA, as well as Equipment & Processes.

The COMS conference brings together the worlds best minds with expertise relating to the commercialization of small technologies.
