Green Earth Technologies to Trade on the OTCQB Stock Market
Stamford, CT | Posted on April 21st, 2010
The OTCQB is a newly-launched market tier for OTC-traded U.S. companies that are registered and reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or a U.S. banking or insurance regulator. OTCQB stocks are identified with an icon reading "OTCQB - U.S. Registered." In addition to providing real-time quotations, the OTCQB also provides the list of market makers quoting its securities. The OTCQB is accessible for free to all investors at www.otcmarkets.com.
William "Jeff" Marshall, Chairman and CEO of Green Earth Technologies, stated: "We are excited to have been approved for listing on the OTCQB Market. We have made a substantial commitment to investor disclosure by being registered and reporting with the SEC and believe that this change will provide our shares with improved liquidity and more exposure to investors through OTC's electronic multiple market maker system."
