Abstract:
Phillips Lytle partner David P. Flynn will speak at the American Conference Institute's Chemical Products Liability and Environmental Litigation Conference April 28-29 in Chicago. Flynn will participate in a panel discussion titled, "Staying Ahead of the Curve: Understanding the Science and Regulation of Nanotechnology and the Implications of Chemical and Consumer Products Liability."
