LUNA - Putting the Litigation Behind Them

Abstract:
Luna Innovations Incorporated (NASDAQ: LUNA), a company focusing on sensing, instrumentation and nanotechnology, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009.

2009 was an overall tough year for LUNA, most of this was due to the litigation it faced with Hansen Medical and the Chapter 11 filing for re-structuring. However, with these issues now in the past the company sees 2010 as an opportunity to return to growth and profitability.
