US may start regulating nano tech materials!

Abstract:
The US Environment Protection Agency may be the first legislating instance regulating nano-materials according to a white paper from Alston and Bird.

Three signs indicate that US Environment Protection Agency is taking significant steps toward strict regulation of nano-materials under the Toxic Substances Control Act, TSCA.
