Apollo JV Starts Trial Ops at Thin-Film Cell Plant

Abstract:
Photovoltaic (PV) cell and solar products company Chengdu Zhong Guangdian Solar, a joint venture between Apollo Solar Energy (OTC:ASOE) wholly owned subsidiary Sichuan Apollo Solar Science & Technology, CNBM's Bengbu Industrial Design and Research Institute, and Chengdu Xihang Gangjian Investment, has started trial production at a 5MW-per-annum cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin-film solar cell production line in Shuangliu county, Chengdu.
