South Bend's State Senator John Broden in the budget battle trenches
Abstract:
According to Sen. Broden, the senate budget also funds 27-million dollars worth of renovations needed to create a new education and arts building on the campus of IUSB, and includes 10-million dollar of state support for the Midwest Institute for Nanotechnology Discovery at the University of Notre Dame. Both of those spending items were also included in the house budget.
